How long will it take for my order to arrive and what is the shipping cost?
Spain: 1–3 business days · €6.00
France: 3–7 working days · €12.00
Rest of the world: 5–14 business days · €18.00
Free shipping on orders over €150.
Orders are prepared with care and shipped the same day or the next business day. If you purchase on a non-business day, it will be shipped the next business day.
We work with Correos and GLS. All shipments are Premium, insured, and include a tracking code. You will receive an email with a link to track your order.
We currently do not ship to the Balearic Islands or the Canary Islands.
Can I exchange or return a product?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request an exchange or return with refund.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return or exchange.
To do this, write to us via WhatsApp, call us or send us an email and we will tell you how to proceed.
How do I make a return with a refund?
You will need to print and fill out the return form, include it in the package along with the garments, and send it to our physical store.
Once we have received and verified the condition of the product, we will issue the refund immediately and notify you by email.
The garments must be unused and in their original packaging.
I'm unsure about the size. How do I know which size to choose?
Some products include a “Size Chart”.
If it is not listed and the description does not state otherwise, you can choose your usual size.
If you have any questions, we'd be happy to help you by phone, WhatsApp, or in our physical store.
What payment methods do you accept?
On the website you can pay by card, Bizum, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna or cash on delivery.
You can also place your order by phone or WhatsApp and pay by bank transfer or Bizum.

Yes. Our DON ADELINO boutique is located at:
C/ Anselm Clavé, 41, Granollers, Barcelona.
Schedule:
- Monday: 4:30 PM–8:00 PM
- Tuesday to Friday: 10:00–13:30 / 16:30–20:00
- Saturday: 10:00–1:30 p.m. / 5:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.
