We ship with Correos. All orders are insured and labeled Premium Shipping (with tracking code).

*We do not ship to the Canary Islands or the Balearic Islands.

Returns, size exchanges and refunds

Free size exchanges. We have a 14-calendar-day return policy for size or product exchanges or refunds after the customer receives their order.

To initiate a return, send us a WhatsApp message at +34 609 73 10 70 or an email to donadelino@donadelino.com . Once your return has been reviewed and accepted, we'll provide you with instructions to help you ship your package.

If the size link doesn't appear, or if the product description doesn't specify anything about size variations, you can choose your usual size.
