How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping within 24/72 business hours from order placement. Shipping cost is €4.95. Free shipping on orders of 3 or more items.
We ship with Correos and Correos Express. All orders are insured and carry the Premium Shipping label.
Your order will be processed and shipped the same day if it's a weekday. If you place an order on a non-business day, it will be prepared and shipped the next day. (We only close the store on Sundays.)
The item will be carefully prepared and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped.
*We do not ship to the Balearic Islands or the Canary Islands. We only ship within mainland Spain.
How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?
Shipping costs for domestic shipments (mainland) are €3.95, payable by the customer. If the order consists of two or more items, shipping is free.
Returns
The first exchange is free. We have a return policy for size or product exchanges, or a refund within 14 calendar days after the customer receives their order.
To initiate a return, send us a WhatsApp message at +34 609 73 10 70 or an email to donadelino@donadelino.com . Once your return has been reviewed and accepted, we'll provide you with instructions to help you ship your package.

How do I make a return?
- Include a note inside the package with your name, phone number, and order number so we can identify it. (Ex. #61206592)
- Also write the product you want us to send you in exchange, or the new size you need. If you want a refund, also write it down by writing "Refund," for example.
- Return the items you want to return to your Don Adelino box and wrap the box in a sealed bag or other tightly sealed packaging to protect it from opening during shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with the tags attached, and in its original packaging.
If you wish to return a product for a refund, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return it to us. After receiving it and verifying that it has the original label attached to the product , that it has not been used and is in its original packaging, the customer will be refunded the full amount paid.
