SHIPPING

Shipping in 1-3 business days in Spain, 3-7 business days in France, and 5-14 business days for the rest of the world. Shipping cost is €6.00 in Spain, €9.00 in France, and €18.00 for the rest of the world. Free shipping on orders over €150.

We ship with Correos and GLS. All orders are insured and include Premium Shipping, and a tracking code.

Your order will be processed and shipped on the same day, or the next day, if it's a business day. If you place an order on a non-business day, it will be prepared and shipped on the next business day.

We prepare orders with care and attention to detail. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to track it as soon as your order has been shipped.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We have a return policy for size exchange, product exchange, or refund of 14 calendar days after the customer receives their order. 

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to send the package back to our store, either for an exchange or a refund. If you wish to make an exchange or return, please follow the instructions below:

  1. You must print and fill out the following form, and add it inside the package with the clothing items you wish to return.

  2. Place the items you wish to return in the same box or another one you have at home, and wrap the box in a sealed bag or tape, tightly closed, to protect it from opening during transit.

  3. Send the package back to our physical store via any shipping company to the following address:

    Carrer Anselm Clavé, 41, Granollers, 08402, Barcelona, Spain.

  4. Once we receive the package, after checking the condition of the products, we will follow the instructions you write on the form you print and put inside the package. We will then proceed to send you the size or item you requested, or to refund the amount of the order. You will receive an email notifying you of the refund transfer.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn.

If you wish to make a return for a refund, the customer will pay the shipping costs to return the product to us. After receiving it and verifying that the item has not been worn, a refund for the full value of the returned clothing items will be issued.
