SHIPPING

Delivery takes 1-3 business days in Spain, 3-7 business days in France, and 5-14 business days for the rest of the world. Shipping costs are €6.00 ​​in Spain, €12.00 in France, and €18.00 for the rest of the world. Free shipping on orders over €150.

We ship via Correos and GLS. All orders are insured, labeled Premium Shipping, and include a tracking code.

Your order will be processed and shipped the same day, or the next business day. If you place an order on a non-business day, it will be prepared and shipped the next business day.

We prepare orders with care and attention to detail. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to track your order as soon as it has been shipped.

*We do not ship to the Balearic Islands or the Canary Islands.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We have a return policy for size exchange, product exchange, or refund within 14 calendar days after the customer receives their order.

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to send the package back to our store, whether for an exchange or a refund. If you wish to make an exchange, please send us a message via WhatsApp, call us at +34 609 73 10 70, or email us at donadelino@donadelino.com, and we will tell you how to proceed.

How do I make a return with a refund ?

You can contact us, or follow the instructions below directly.

  1. You will need to print and fill out the following form, and add it inside the package with the clothing items you wish to return.

  2. Put the items you want to return in the same box or another one you have at home, and wrap the box in a sealed bag or tightly sealed tape or cellophane wrap, so that it is protected and does not open during transport.
  3. Send the package back to our physical store via any shipping company to the following address:

  4. Once we receive the package and verify the condition of the products, we will issue your refund immediately. You will receive an email notification of the transfer.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original plastic and packaging.

If you wish to return an item for a refund, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item and verify that it is unused, we will issue a full refund.
