Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

Shipping in 1-3 business days within Spain, 3-7 business days within France, and 5-14 business days for the rest of the world. Shipping costs are €6.00 in Spain, €9.00 in France, and €18.00 for the rest of the world. Free shipping on orders over €150.

We ship with Correos and GLS. All orders are insured and come with Premium Shipping and a tracking code.

Your order will be processed and shipped the same day, or the next day, if it is a business day. If you place an order on a non-business day, it will be prepared and shipped on the next business day.

We prepare orders with care and attention to detail. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to track it as soon as your order has been shipped.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We have a return policy for size exchange, product exchange, or refund within 14 calendar days after the customer receives their order.

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to send the package to our store, whether for exchange or refund. If you wish to make an exchange or return, please follow these instructions:

  1. You must print and fill out the following form, and add it inside the package with the clothing items you wish to return.

  2. Put the items you want to return in the same box or another one you have at home, and wrap the box in a sealed bag or tightly sealed cellophane or tape, so that it is protected and does not open during transport.

  3. Send the package back to our physical store via any transport company to the following address:

  4. Once we receive the package, after checking the condition of the products, we will follow the instructions you wrote on the form you printed and placed inside the package. Therefore, we will proceed to send you the size or item you requested, or to refund the order amount. You will receive an email notifying you of the refund transfer.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused.

If you wish to make a return for a refund, the customer will pay the shipping costs to return the product to us. After receiving it and verifying that the item has not been used, a refund of the total value of the returned clothing items will be issued.
